Detoxification and cleaning of the words that are popular today, especially in the spring. Many of us are into detox: we want to try, we all have opinions how to do it, like it or hate. This can be a recipe for a drink, or procedures for several days, or maybe even fasting, juice or profound cleansing program with professional help.

First, what is poison, anyway? It is basically any substance that is irritating or harmful effects in the body which can sometimes damage our organs and tissues occurs. Many people do not realize the fact that everything is breathing, eating, drinking, and even touch, poison. in other words, we can get the toxins from our environment, so they breathe in the assessment or physical contact with them.
